thanks...because I fell behind on old navy account, it got referred to collection but I guess if i do min. payment by the 9th it is out of collection..so they wouldn't be able to rob me of the full balance from my checking account after all then right?

yes...
...only once they have a court order and have successfully sued you...then they can come take anything and everything without your knowledge, to settle the debt...
