Captain, I am so glad...
That my words are understood. Losing a loved one, be it child, parent or spouse is the most stressful thing that can ever happen to someone and although, in the end I stopped journaling, it served it's purpose for the time I did it. And thank you for your kind wishes. They mean a great deal to me

Goddess: Hearing your words echoes my own pain
I too tried to journal. I also found the words hollow and meaningless and was forced to stop. There are still songs that I simply can not hear anymore and it has been 3 years.
I am so glad you are finding healing. You deserve far more than life has given you to this point! I look forward to hearing more and more blog posts about how joy is creeping back into your life. Before you know it, you'll be happy again!
