Oh, definitely, Mademoisell, that kid has got braggin' rights for life.
But I do believe that Rogers needs a bit of incarceration (for willfully and repeatedly violating her probation). And I agree that a little "therapy amidst the flowers" would do her wonders of good also. How about a half-and-half?

Usually, I don't consider these sorts of cases to be such a big deal ...
(Because I honestly don't buy that the kid is going to be "traumatized for life".)
However, 13 (now 14) is really young. Nevertheless, I would still prefer Rogers be institutionalized rather than incarcerated.
