Anti-immigration gone awry?
It think they have those occupancy permit laws to prevent legal and illegal immigrants from overcrowding in homes, but it affects legitimate families like this one. Sometimes you just can't win.

I have been telling people for three years that they need to reall look at what is in the alledged "gay marriage act" and be careful as to how tightly they define a sub group.....happening all over the land......isn't that funny Aids was a gay thing too, and now single black women and children of all races comprise the largest popluation...Someting to think about.
