Hugh - or is it Mac?
Just to say i've located your site and can access it - but I couldn't get to it from your link on my own site. Never mind! I work in the UK tax industry and only today I have been administering (or helping to administer) the tax (or duty) on normal road fuel and fuel substitutes or additives. These are taxed at the same rate in the UK as petrol (gasoline), but we tax biofuels such as biodiesel and bioethanol at a much lower rate. Apparently, places like Sweden and Brazil are really progressive when it comes to steadfast encouragement of these biofuels, but we are trying  to catch up. It's making the news more now. Best wishes, Tony
