My sis is a quiche wizard.   She makes the best I've ever tasted.   She majors on veggie's and it makes me hungry just to think about it.

Thanks Whacky, it did turn out pretty good.
The quiche was so easy to make, took all of 2 minutes or so.

Mademoiselle (sp? -- sorry if wrong), NP stands for nurse practitioner.

AKA advanced practice nurse, AKA something between a nurse and a doctor.  NPs are primary care providers, and can do about 80% or so of what a doc does -- depending on specialty.
