We have a long line of Lucas's in my husband's side.  I'm so glad you shared that with me.  Sharing the light brightens ones day and you have brightened mine!  Thank you!

My middle son's name is Lucas, which means 'bringer of light'. This technique is wonderful and validates that we are the source of love.

Ariel70 and Sannhett-
Thanks for dropping by.  Yes, of course you can shine God's light even if you are an atheist; and more, well, we are all extensions of God and bearers of his love, even if you think you don't believe in hocus pokus.  Maybe atheists are all gnostics, seekers of the truth?  But when you embrace God, the Mother& the Father, then you can truly love yourself because you can embrace the pure essence of love, that which is God; just love love love.  At least, that is what I believe!

Er ... one can do, and be al those things, and more, while being an atheist.

Nice post, I liked it. However, I shan't be around for much longer, 'cos it's gone midnite here in Spain, and it's time for old dudes to hit the sack.
