BlackPearl--- I appreciate the compliment. Yes, just about any kind
of physical exertion will do, but too many don't do any.

Hi, Jazwolf,
You make a very good point about how our lifestyles are a great contributing factor to our physical conditions. I really agree with you about how getting in a good work out during the day helps us get a good night's rest. As long as the activity is strenuous enough, whatever it is, I think it will help. I know from years of getting up early and doing long workouts, that I rest better in the evening, as well as have more energy and pep during the day. It actually helps my mood. Good post. Thanks. :)

Jazwolf,
I couldn't agree more. I've always been a walker, I try to take a mile or two walk every other day. It just gets the excess energy out, and helps to calm my mind and nerves. Being outdoors, getting out and observing what nature is doing, even in the winter months is just absolutely therapeutic for me.
I wish more people would follow your advice.

RMA--- You're absolutely right. I had the misforunate of living a year
(seemed like a decade) in a subdivision. It was so difficult for me to get up and take a walk, enduring all the noise and inhaling the exhaust.

Jaz.....
Great post! I agree with you 100%. I am happy to live in Colorado, it is easy for me to be motivated to go hiking, running, biking, etc. The beauty I see along the way takes my mind off of actually exercising!
