Bush, Cheney, and other assorted asses have their own problems, Glennb.
But McKinney was on an ego trip when she cried out that she could not believe that she wasn't recognized. Her insecurity at being a black woman, whether it be in Congress or not, is given creedence in her trying to spin this into a race issue. Those awkward verbal slaps at Whitey in Charge illuminated her true feelings about her position. Oh, and they proved she's a political idiot.

I am a bit confused by your comments!! Delay makes the allegation of "Racism" and you accuse Rep. McKinney of arrogance and insecurity?? If McKinney is all of these things you just mentioned, including "Racist" you have a lot of "splaining" mister! Delay, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, McCain, Kerry, and a much larger group would head that list
