ms bradrock,
I can't fault you for giving no thoughts here.  I thought that I was doing that in the post myself, but after a few comments I decided that I hadn't been giving any thoughts myself.  And I'm the person who did the post!  I don't even know what to say about it.  I think I better go back and read it again myself.  Maybe my subconscious was talking as I was in ''no mind'' state.  When I decide that I don't know what I was talking about, I have to check for that.

hmmmmmm...
As usual, you'll get no real thoughts from me! Hope your weekend is wonderful...

flightpath,

I am beginning to think you are right.  I came by ''for just a minute'' to check my comments, and now I'm snagged in all over again.  What I really need to do is figure out some sort of sensible time allocation methodology.  When I take a break, I still keep thinking about blogging.  I am still trying to come up with a suitable approach, but it is quite difficult for me to just escape and forget it.

I had completely forgotten about it being April Fools Day.  Thanks for the reminder.  Perhaps my reply to Nanaroo was my subconscious trying to let my conscious know that it was just past midnight and it was April !.  My subconscious has quite a little bag of tricks that it uses to tell me stuff.

Don't take too many breaks! It's more fun around here when you don't. (Your reply to Nanaroo sounds just a little bit like an April Fools day story.)

Nanar,

It didn't really smell bad at all, until I left it in the oven for a bit too long.  That wasn't even bad until the uncombusted smoke came into contact with the flame on the water heater.  When it went off, the east wall was blown out of the kitchen, knocking the gas vent pipe from the city sewer line at ground level.  That pretty well stunk up the whole neighborhood, even though the pies got blamed.

But the pies themselves, without the mishaps that occurred at the same time, aren't nearly as aromatic as you might expect.  That depends, of course, on what type of hay the horses were being fed at apple pickup time.

Symph,
Well, I'll tell you what:  I'll be fixing one of those up in a week or so.  When I do, I'll make an extra to send over to merry olde England.  I think I can put it on dry ice so that it arrives fresh as apple pie.  They might have to inspect it at the airport, but if I take along two, they aren't going to want to inspect the second after they open the first.

I'm having fun reading your headlines- but that pie smells terrible!

I think you should share that apple pie with me

Angel,
Don't miss me yet.  I will still be around.  There are still several things I plan to do, it's just that my time is so limited righ at the moment that everything takes be forever to finish.  I have no doubt that you will still be getting annoyed by my comments.

A-and-B,
Thank you for stopping by.  Now I start getting comments on this floppy post and I start with ''What am I thinking?''  Well, I'm not planning to quit Blogit.  Maybe I'll get real perky and start going whole hog.  It is nice to get the mini-payments.  Of course, even if one became the King of the Blogiteers, I have to wonder about the sensibility of the time investment.

QWEEN,
Thank you.  I don't plan to completely quit putting in Blogit time, but I do need kind of a break to think about how I want to change my approach.  I'll still be around bugging people, but I have so many other things happening now that my time will be a little reduced.  I have found a break to be good every once in a while.  I usually come back with improved work and a more positive attitude.  That's really the main objective.  That, and looking into opportuinities for writing that are actually, dare I say it, a little more profitable.

Passion,

I don't owe an explanation, but I feel like some people deserve one.  I don't like people to think I'm annoyed with them or intentionally ignoring them when I am actually going through a mind warp of my own.  There are a lot of people here that I like, and I don't want misunderstandings.

I would really like to share the Horse Apple pie, but a bunch of Grackles swooped down while the smoke was clearing, and plucked out all the apples.  When I last saw them, they were standing around the neighbor's pool, dipping them into the water to make them more ''bird edible.''  A regular poolside horseapple social over there.

MPO,
I guess it really is no big deal.  I make it one in my own mind because of my own frustration with other things.  At least a post like this lulu gets some comments that make me feel better.
        Thanks....
