The painting is about jealousy
I guess turning some into black and white is about shadows!

I have learnt that I don't need to own things.
If I see a beautiful painting I don't need to buy it I can just look and walk on - whew!

Jo, you are a "7 metal" type in the astrology,
the basic lesson here is gratitude and joy, something that only comes from letting go and nonattachment. 7 metals are often prone to addictions and compulsions, the "hungry ghost", since they are inclined to try and repeat the pleasurable things. But if they learn gratitude for what is actually present, they realize the abundance of the pure mind and are forever content.
