I like this piece
although I am too dumb to know how to count calories of food. I think those who can do so are geniuses. Anyway thanks for the information.

lilane, We had KFC yesterday out with my mother. So good, but so bad!
It was my first since January 2005. I'm on a salt-restricted diet due to HBP. Feel better every day now!
