The simplest precepts seem to be the hardest to live by: "Love your neighbor as yourself" is the one I will struggle with all my life, but still struggle to live up to. Otherwise, I try not to concern myself too much with other people's lives. Unless I plan to adopt the child that I object to them aborting, it's really not up to me.
As for homosexuality, well, I'm squeamish about not wanting to know too much about what anybody does in the privacy of their own bedroom, but doubly so on that score.
