I am so sorry, I really can relate - I understand.

The pain never ever heals...but having said that it gets easier...because you somehow have to accept that they are not here anymore...you carry on life but you feel empty - something completely missing.

the first year is the worst...but it goes quick...second year you can't believe its been that long since you have not seen them.....

sometimes I can get so wrapped up in my heartache that I forget that I have my own life to live with little children....I have guilts and regrets...things I play over.....but I now keep them as treasured memories...because nobody can take those away.
