YES

Go to the beach, mountains, a waterfall, a pond, a bathtub, anywhere there is water and just float, drift, and do not think.  Do not try to write.Do not watch TV.  Do not try to create anything.  Your brain needs to drift, and just be.  Your brain needs to recharge. Pamper yourself.

Walk, run....stretch.....cross your arms, cross your legs, it wakes up both sides of the brain.....give yourself permission to be lazy, to stroll, to lounge, to loaf around for at least one full day, 3 is better.  Refresh, recharge....naturally.  Do not think.  Do not try anything.  Taste something new, listen to new music.  Expose yourself to art, don't open your coat nude, just go to a museum.   Do not be in a hurry.  The brain works well when given time off.  DISENGAGE!!!!

When the movie Dances with Wolves came out, I gave myself an Indian name

Stinks like a Dog because I had two dogs. Anyways get yourself some comedy, good humour and be happy. Something will happen.

Have you ever sat with some people staring at a stone fireplace. Someone comes up with seeing shapes in the rocks, scenes in the moving clouds, shapes in the stars.

Who has not done similar things? Sometimes with a glass of wine, a joint, a shot of rum, a great feeling developed by just plain enjoyment, is all that is needed.
