Double Check Your Credit!

This is what I do for a living...so one word of advice.  If the mortgage company sent you a foreclosure notice this means they thought you hadn't made your payment and were probably reporting it to the credit bureus as late.  Make sure you have a letter from the mortgage company clearing up their error and the credit agencies all get a copy!  Their dumb mistake could ruin your credit.  You might want to find out now before you try to buy another home!
