oh those kitties!
one time one of mine scaled down from the roof of my apartment building (one story) and couldn't get back up. she was very shy and went into hiding in the neighborhood. it took me a full week to find her and i had actualy made myself accept that she was gone when i got a phone call response to one of the flyers i put through front door mail slots. i didn't have to worry about grounding her, she never did that again!

Thank God you got her back. It's one of the most terrifying things, having one get out. My Leo got out of his outdoor pen a few weeks ago, and it just freaked me out. We got him out of a tree outside, and now all felines are grounded.
Any idea how she got out?

I really am! And Baby-Grrl is truly my baby. She's the first cat I got all on my own, cared for, etc. without inout from anyone else (i.e. parents).
