These are very nice posts
and wonderful tributes to your dad. Though physically removed he will always be part of you, just as my father is a part of me. I lost my dad about 4 years ago, but still I hold council with him and ask his advice. I feel his presences and sometimes the guidence of his hand. I'm in my 50s, but that has never diminshed the idea that he was my dad and I was his son.

He must have been special and he will always be alive through you!
I wish that I had some thing like he gave you. You will be strong because of what he gave you and continues to. Go to sleep little girl and he will be there in your dreams.

Very sorry for the loss of your father. Some losses are tougher to get over than others. I'm glad you're writing about it. That's often most therapeutic.
