Thanks for your comment to my blog.
That picture is good, if I saw the right one on your ''about me.'' I think it would look much better if you prepared it with a graphics editor. If you don't have the blogit plan that allows pictures to be posted in the blogs themselves, you're kind of stuck with the little ones. They can be edited down in size to look better, but they are still pretty small.
It sounds like you're having pretty good luck on your career aspirations. You can do it, just don't let anyone throw you off the track. Self confidence and determination are the things to keep formost in your mind.
