This sounds like an interesting concept. I have a lot of old stuff, mostly from my family, and I know the story behind a lot of the items so I could put it into some sort of context.

Excuse my ignorance, but what's a VA Hospital?

I would visit a VA hospital. I'm sure that there are a lot of good stories there. Maybe could buy some of their momentos.

I'm not familiar with the group but

I recently interviewed a museum consultant, who's also an anthropologist, so will ask her about such organizations the next time we meet. If you find yourself actually looking into putting together a museum, she would be a good person to work with. Peace--

I'm interested in justice and liberty groups. But I was specifically lookin
for groups that use creative mediums like stamp collections, coin collections, etc. to trace the history of the human struggle for peace, justice and equality
