By any chance does he have a criminal history?

If so that can play a factor in his visitation and how he visits. If he does have a criminal history, if he gets out of line with you, you can get his corrections officer involved. Corrections officers sometimes get away a little more than a police officer can legally.

If your ex-boyfriend wrote down a false address on an official court document, then he committed a criminal act.
