I love the italian fagoli beans. They are very delicious in a casserole with tinned tomatoes, baby spinach and ricotta, garlic , onion, black pepper and oregano. Your recipe sounds delicious. You could add some chopped bacon too.

Beans beans the magical fruit the more you eat the more you toot the better you feel so lets have beans at every meal. Ta Da I know...I'm leaving.
