Since writing, methinks U did hear. Better still, got the teaching job
If you did, Bravo. If not, you have other fish to fry---besides, you have something now. Moe to come your way, man of letters!

great spelling today, pople, huh??
Yes, never forget that it's the POPLE in your life, which sustains you. Forget all other misspellings, I am tired.

Funny, azur, how time passes and the importance of things morphs

into other things which seemed less important for a moent there, until we rmembered what is really important. It's the pople, no, the family and those we hug and kiss and sleep near, without fears.

Resumes, sigh...applications....sigh....not all that was thought about them was of any importance in the final analysis.

Brisbane artist, I was never interviewed for the position
They chose someone within their circle.  I asked them for feedback but they didn't respond which signals to me that I did nothing but the job was a stitch up. It was a nice job, a combination of a writer and teacher

The thing is...
sometimes a decision has already been made to fill a position from the inside, but to comply with hiring regulations they have to interview a given number of outsiders. Sometimes an outsider is so much more qualified than the insider they go with the best candidate. If you get the interview, study the committee: there will be material for your work whether or not you get the job. :)

Passionflower, that job was for teaching
baby journalists. I am not that bothered now as I had a much better offer covered in "quiet" blog

It's pretty sad though that you had to go to all that work-
I hope they'll at least call you...What kind of work do you do? I'm job hunting right now too. I'm having trouble passing the drug test.
