The psychologically detached are often driven by a subconscious urge to

he's in a very suffering state of mind.
personally i don't see the intention there like the bombing of a Black church.
I just see a chain arsonist.
like the kids that came along and broke out the windows of cars for a chain of several miles in our area.
albeit they do have evil type minds
i've seen such at work -- neuatral in that they don't understand good from bad and then evil inthat they like to do this -- and they know it's wrong just enough not to want to get caught.
