I'm glad I never had my picture taken with bush
and if cheney shot somebody, at least it was a lawyer

Something like that, M.P.O. And remember, Bush himself said it best with
"I've had my picture taken with lots of people."  and "I don't know the man."  Besides, he gave the money back.

I'm not sure I even follow that story...

I think I have the gist of it, though: 

Bush says he doesn't remember ever meeting disgraced lobbyist ... disgraced lobbyist says Bush does remember meeting him (because Bush has 'the memory of an elephant" or something).

Next, you're going to say that Halliburton (somehow) benefited from it's close ties to the Vice President!

Or, that there was no proven connection between Saddam Hussein and 9/11!
