Clarification
The closest Clinton came to acting like Bush in regard to the overzealous use of force.

The rhetoric from the White House and its closest allies
has become breathtaking in its implications. They accuse the media of endangering Americans just because the media disclosed the NSA spying. They accuse those who criticize U.S. foreign policy of being sympathetic with terrorists and undermining national security. President Clinton, for all his faults, never did that. The closest he came was in Waco, Texas, when he sent the feds into the religious fanatics' compound and (if I remember correctly) the feds ended up shooting some people to death. Not that this was okay (Mr. Clinton recently said it was a mistake, "We should have waited them out" he said) but it is about a tenth of the evils committed by this Administration.
