Now I understand, Blance, you are either retired
a stay home mother, self-employed or financially set.   In any case, it must be a nice place to be, for I am not there yet!

MC,
I just meant that the gist of your poem as I understood it was the feeling of running behind, waking up feeling "late".  I have the luxury of not having to keep a full schedule.

Blanche, I am not sure what you mean, "not having to chase
the sun."   I woul like to hear more, and I look forward to reading more of your work!

MountainClimber56,
I'm very fortunate that at this time, I don't need to chase the sun, but can enjoy watching it.  I hope your Day Runner is not running over!

Very nice!

rise

O sun of suns

slip long across meadows

deep into shelter of shadows

rise
