What am I most afraid of
I have been reading what you have written. I am no long er scared of pain as I have had to learn to live with out pain killers.
It really is mind over matter. But write difficult to achieve.
My mother is ill at the moment I think I have fear issues around my mother dieing.
Although my father died last year and I did cope with that.
So ......................................I am not sure?
