I do believe you're right. If we look movie stars, models and the like it seems that some people are just born lucky. Take Paris Hilton for example, she basically never has to do anything. I think she's an idiot but a rich idiot at best.

If you consider leaving that often,
would it hurt to tell your boss some of your thoughts? You don't have to be mean, just frank. Like, frankly you drive me crazy because_______ and I've actually considered employment elsewhere because of it. What is the worst that could happen? Good luck with this one.

You Sound as Though You are Weighing the Pros and Cons
If the list of Pros is the longest, try to figure out a way to survive with that boss. If the person starts to directly make your life miserable, you may want to consider moving to another place or somewhere in the the company. Remember, only the stong survive! I found comfort from this
if you can take it, you can make it!!
