Blanche: What black box? There was a black box? Under his jacket?
And he didn't admit to being wired?  Just a strangely flat form of osteoporosis maybe?  (You know, the flap on that incident was priceless.)

Thanks, M.P.O. I'm a big Nirvana fan also.

Very good, Saul!
Though, actually, the correct title I believe is "Flagpole Sitta" (by Harvey Danger).

You mean a variation of the Reagan years: "What the President Meant To Say"
Re-spin?   I like the clearly visible black box under his coat during the Kerry debate, and the fact that he couldn't stop himself from responding to the little voice only he could hear. "Wait a minute, I'm not done yet..."

Right you are, M.P.O. And I've never hear of a "State of the Union House
Party."  Hmmmm.  Sounds strange.  Maybe it's a new college drinking game, where you drink every time the big chimp behind the podium screws up.  Oh, and I love that song.  Isn't it "Flagpole Sitter"?

Blanche, no one can parody Bush as well as he does himself. The man's
a speechwriter's and orator's nightmare.  He's also his chief of staff's and press secretary's nightmares.  Can you imagine working damage control for this man?

It must be quite a task to compile...

all of his "misquotes" (that would be, like, a full-time job).

As Republicans, we (my family) received several emails and a letter inviting us to hold a "State of the Union House Party".  I wonder how many people actually do that?  And, why?

Saul,
Is this parody or an actual transcript of GW Bush's state of the union address?  I can't tell, he parodies himself so well.  Too funny.
