I wish my husband had told me that he was feeling suicidally depressed.
He didn't tell me. He did complete suicide. Since then, I've had my own
struggles with suicidal ideation. I'm really glad you're writing and
posted here. Stay plugged in any way you can. I'd like to dig up
something I read about Dionysis (Greek god) and post it here, if you
would be interested. I really think there's something to this - that it
can help people like us, stuck in this netherworld of depression.
That's right. Netherworld. It's not anger. It's not sadness. It's
heavy, dull, lingering, apathy...man, oh man, do I know the drill. Let
me know if your interested in that Dionysis write up. In the meantime,
keep your chin up, and I hope the sunshine finds you soon.

I gained 60 lbs. in 5 months on Zoloft...
Wellbutrin 300XL, took it all away and eased the rage, too!
Finding the one that works takes some time, rarely do you find the right one the first or even the second time!

I hate when people say,
"Hey! Cheer up! Every day, there are little kids starving to death in Africa ... what do you have to complain about?"
As if there's a direct correlation between the two.
