Well, DrJPT,
I wonder myself! For one thing, we are not dealing with people accustomed to or even caring for what we would call the democratic process. It certainly is a murky situation at the moment, and all we can do is wait for the dust to settle and stick to the decision to cut aid to Hamas unless they commit themselves to a fundamental change in policy towards Israel.

If the Threat is Made, There Should be Follow Through
Since the fighting, it makes me wonder whether some of the ones who lost in the election may have been committing some of the acts that were credited to Hamas??
