thanks for this entry. also - i wanted to let you know on one of your blogs what a great idea you have for my little 'troll.' my therapist tells me to visualize him too!!!! i'm supposed to 'shine the light on him' whenever he starts picking on me. it works sometimes, but i think that if i buy a little troll figure it can really help. Grandma, I am really really touched that you read my words. I live with my grandma right now. i moved in after my crisis. if it wasn't for her, i'd be in low-income housing in the crack hood, with recovery being so much harder. i've learned so much from her, and she helps me so much. i told her i have another grandma now on BN. she says hello!!!!!
