Many are Innoncent.... Many are Not
It often happens that attorneys are inept, yet I think for the most part many inmates need to be in prison! I think ultimately, the truth does surface. Care needs to be given regarding who gets a license to practice law, serve as judge, etc. If we get good people in the positions, who have good character, there will be less chance that these issues would suface. I think this is deeper problem than appears on surface. Good post!

And this is the primary reason why I can't wholeheartedly jump
on the capitol punishment bandwagon...
Too many mistakes.
