I'm following your posts closely. I believe that time are going to get tough.........and I'm ready. Mortgage is at an affordable level............both cars paid off................paid off our credit cards and increased amount we contribute to our 401ks. Now, if we can just get our kids through college.

Housing Bubble is World Wide Illusion
Very informative post.
The glut of currency without a corresponding increase in tangible production has created housing bubbles in other parts of the world as well, most significantly England and Australia. When this housing bubble pops, as inevitably it must -- and soon -- the economic fallout will be global, not just national.
