Hurt Does Heal...
...provided that it doesn't kill us.
That which does not kill me merely postpones the inevitable.
Why make OTHER PEOPLE work so damn hard for something that EVERYONE gets free of charge? Why can't it be more fun to be a participant in life? Why do we honor individuals with such high positions in life when their whole gig turns out to be making things more difficult for those on the lower rungs than it is for those on the upper rungs?
The whole system is a setup for violent revolution from Jump Street. The rich merely get fatter, dumber and happier while the rest of us get stronger and better able to overtake them.
What's frightening is the high degree of control these monsters at the top are requiring. At some point the "Charleton Heston" character from, "Escape of the Planet of the Apes," kicks in and simply destroys the whole enterprise. End of human species.
So while I don't believe in trying to engineer a life that is so easy that anyone can live in it, I think that anyonoe who wants to live in it should be able to easily see to their basic needs. One of those needs is healthcare, but there is also a need for companionship and an outlet for reproductive touch activity. Life gets more challenging all by itself. We don't need to overburden one another with a bunch of mindless, violent horseshit -- like wars over resources that few control and most require.
