Ah, the balm of compliments....thank you for your very kind words!  I was inspired by (finally) getting some much needed sleep/rest & reading a new book.  Amazing what a little extra sleep can do!

Good points in your comments!  That guy really did accomplish quite alot when push came to shove.  Thanks for your comments & for visiting.  You're SO right about procratination...it kills many things.  Most of the time, it seems to kill our dreams of what we can truly accomplish with only a little bit more effort -- and replaces them with mediocracy.

Guess it all does come down to...it's up to us to decide.  You've summed it well when you said "life's active, not passive."  Too many of us (me included, too often) just sit back and wait for "something" to happen.  What do we expect?...life's NOT going to be given to us on a silver platter.

Thank you.  I hadn't heard the one about the mosquito until a couple of days ago, but when I read it, I just HAD to include in in one of my postings...it was THAT good....glad you enjoyed it!

Procrastination. It just kills us doesn't it? Look at what this guy could
do in a year once he thought his time was up.  Mind/body connection.  Maybe it was his unfullfilled desire to write that was poisoning his body...then he got his "medicine".  Who knows?

Raven -
"The Divine is waiting for us to decide." That sums it up. We can pray all we want and ask for all the help in the world, but WE have to do it. Life has to be active, not passive. We can do whatever we like because we have the Divine within. We just have to decide.
