Thanks, JanesOpinion, but the leaning isn't half as bad as the
falling in the b.s. on either side.

Ach, Saul, I'm so glad you don't lean.

Wouldn't want you to fall over!

I don't lean, JanesOpinion. And I don't look to god to thank for my
opinions either.  He's in, so the point of where his true ethics lie is moot as far as confirmation goes.  The decisions he helps hand down will tell us the true story.  Hopefully, he truly is an ethical man.  Hopefully, his past opinions on executive latitude will not come into play.

Saul, I'm not sure where you get your news,

but from everything I've heard and read, Judge Alito is the most ethical and just person one could ever hope for.  So if you want justice and fairness on the bench, I think you'll find it.  If you want someone who will legislate leftist politics from the bench, then forget it. He is not that kind of guy -- thanks be to God.

If you get your news sources from Drunkard Ted Kennedy, or Mother Jones, then no wonder you've got issues with Alito. But the fact is that even the left leaning American Bar Association has given him their top rating.
