By the way, I just about freaked out when the page loaded - must be something to do with the mac I'm on - but  I couldn't see/read the post. I highlighted the page and it showed up - must be the text colour and background colour working together so I couldn't read it.

Awwww. Sorry you're feeling bits of depression and stuff.
Try to hang on to the "new year thoughts".  I'm having a pretty good one, so far.  Then again. ., last year was sooooo horrible, maybe it's just making this one look promising.  LOL

It's the blah time of year for some I think word...
...after all the festivities and with an uncertain future looming.  Sometimes those moods are very hard to shake even if you understand why.  Happier days ahead though word...there always are!

January blues
perhaps? Also, we're very near to a full Moon. Does the moon's cycle generally affect you do you think. I'm tracking my behaviour/energy levels with the moon's cycle and think it might throw up some insights. Stay with it.
