jojostar,
this reminds me of my work with Alzheimer's patients, it was wonderful work and I really enjoyed it. I love to communicate nonverbally with people like that. If I became nonverbal, my laptop would become even more important than it already is!

I guess the most important thing to know. . , would be that I'm an
internet addict, so out of everything that I would need in my room. . ,
I would need a computer. Ohhhhh, and of course. . , high-speed.

I worked with someone who could only communicate with her eyes. She passed away last summer. She part of the inspiration for this post.

Difficult one
There is so much and yet at the end of the day so little. Would have to consider this carefully, though one thing I would need is music. Without that you may as well shoot me, it would be a kindness.

jojostar, You have brought back my little Grandma Jelinek who spent the last ten years of her life after a stroke, unable to talk or to write or to communicate in anyway except with her eyes. If that ever happens to me, I pray that I will be as patient as she with caregivers who are trying to understand.

Ha ha! Nice answer. I've only submitted one article to constant content. It was rejected and I never bothered with it again. I decided the small amount of pay wasn't worth it to me at the moment since I don't have articles already written.

I can summarise it into two words
Blonde Gemini. Okay, maybe just add a few more. Okay, maybe a good few pages. Short document? You've got no chance. By the way, on Constant Content do you find a lot of the articles being rejected? I seem to be getting half back.

Jojostar, I would want someone to know how much I love the Lord, my family
and life. People see my disability and sometimes don't understand why I'm so happy. I am so blessed and thankful. Each day is a gift and blessing from the Lord! Thanks for the beautiful post!

Yeeees.
Hopefully I will not get to that point. I suppose I should start preparing my instruction list just in case though!

Thanks! I find most of people on my caseload want it known that they like their stuff left alone. That's always an important one. Can't say I blame them.

I've thought about this in the context of being "locked in", the terrifying situation of being completely paralyzed and unable to speak, but able to hear, and retaining a completely working mind. Funny way to say goodbye. Here's looking at you, kid.
