I think it is wonderful...
I applaud you for being the kind of dad that will keep the kids, alot of them won't. You would think in this day and age you wouldn't find men that won't change a diaper for example. But, they are still out there.

I understand your logic actually, but half the kids were not mine, so
it was really babysitting. When I am just watching my boys I rarely
call it babysitting unless my wife is going out with friends and I can
then give her a hard time over it.
Although I lucked out and did not have to watch the six month old.

I actually get frustrated when Dad's think they are babysitting..
Your not babysitting your being the DAD....I have four boys and when I go away from the boys people will ask me, "who is babysitting the boys?" No one, they are with their father....I find it interesting that no one asks him that question when he is out and about....

whoa..! hope you did fine..i once babysit my niece when she was a baby and she ended up crying for almost an hour..non-stop..looking for her mom..i couldn't do anything to stop her..
