Ca88andra! I know you are enjoying having your sons with you! I have two sons, grown now, and I still miss seeing them every day...I would be deliriously happy to see them once a month!. My older son is coming down next Saturday for a week, and I can hardly wait to see him!

malcolm - the weather cooled down, but will get hot again tomorrow. I haven't heard anything more about the fires so I guess they are under control.

What a sweet story!  Your relationship with your boys is really special.  I'm looking forward to those times with my boys as they grow into teenagers.  And they never seem to grow out of those unanswerable questions, do they? :)

Apoologies for not keeping up with you lately.  Finally getting my own blogs squared away (the old journal is gone, replaced by a new one and a few other blogs) and getting around to catching up with the people on my list.  It's good to hear you're doing so well.

Love the picture!  I want a highlight like that!!  Love it!
