You're already almost the short one, dang!
If your oldest gets much taller you're going to have to get him a special bed! I'm glad you have them with you and I hope you have a great time. xo

Great for you
to be together again. Our eldest son has been taller than my wife for some time and is fast approaching my height too - hopefully our's and your's will hit those metaphorical heights also.

Cass,
I know you'll make the most of the time you have with them. It's amazing how kids grow (both physically and in their new skills etc.) even as we watch. You boys sound like fine young men.

Prof, thank you. I was a bit of a rebel and I keep wondering why my boys don't follow in my footsteps. But there you go - I just have conservative children!

Dear C... I know you are a good mother. Boys that age are usually the rebel-without-a-cause age. Have a happy and prosperous New year... regards... Prof.

Ca88andra,
I'm trying to picture what it would feel like to be the mother of nearly-grown sons. Since, I don't have kids I just have to imagine, but I'd say that being proud in having mature young men who are doing well, emtionally and academically is well-justified
