I agree that they are annoying, but...
at least they are engaging in a credible pass time rather than standing on street corners. Youth culture in Britain is a big issue at the moment but I believe too many people are moaning about teenagers rather than thinking about how to control their own.
but, I can talk - I don't have kids!
