that is the ideal and what I strive for too.  It is hard sometimes though not to dodge giving the criticism at all hey?

So many of us are sensitive.  I know I am.  I always try to point out the truth of the situation, but balance it gently with a positive, true statement to edify the one who needs constructive criticism.

Hi, I always try to give

constructive criticism. I also try to do it in a nice way so that the person is not discouraged.
