Hope you had a nice Christmas, Cass.
I miss snow here. We had clouds and fog, so through the window it looked like winter (even though it was a very warm 60 degrees....warm for us even...).

lol...

Hope You Had a Nice Day for Christmas
I was raised in a Lutheran Church and truly enjoyed. My husband's family was always Baptist and we attend there now. I agree with you. I appreciate your comment on mine regarding friend with the pity party. Thanks!

Merry Christmas , Ca88andra. Whether we celebrate in a small way or large..
doesn't matter. We all have established our own family traditions, and
how we celebrate is as diverse as we all are. What is comforting
to me in the midst of all our tradition and celebrating of this holiday
is that...Christmas is always Christmas...there is a Reason for the
season...
Thank you for all the beauty you have brought into my life through your writing!
Merry Christmas to you. I wish you all the magic and peace of Christmas...

Hey Cas
Merry Christmas...
I know what you mean...I haven't seen snow, despite being from New
England, in three years because of the service. Currently, I'm in
bama with my mother who just moved down here, but I'm very sad I won't
see snow on Sunday. However, when I get to the white stuff, I'm
gonna strip down and make a proper snow angel just to say hello...

We had a white Christmas last year
but it is unseasonably warm and almost balmy here now. Rain and possibly thunderstorms predicted for Christmas. Feels strange. Yes, the seasonal magic is a bit different when you're a grown-up.;) Sounds like you have a nice, relaxing time planned. Enjoy the day and Happy Holidays Ca88andra.

Lol Blanche! Its not that cold here - I've only got a tshirt on and have no intention of turning the heater on. I suppose its all relative - its colder here than it usually is over summer, thats all!

Ca88,
Well, the cold, clear snap we had here just segued into arctic rain. All in all, I'd take the cold with the sun.

And the same to you, as well: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, there's no snow here either, but seldom is. Sun sounds good, though!
