thanks for all the great suggestions...
I was a zonbie all day today, too tired even to ride 'the Dragon'.  Now, if we would have just ad some of those special herbs on hand, that would have really helped.  I finally did go wake up the hubby about 4:30am...

I watch
'Court T.V.' and try and figure out 'how-done-it'............I always close my eyes on the commercials and try  to figure it out (I never open them again) and I always wake up in the morning.....well rested........and without a clue of who done it

Nanaroo...
I'm not the best one to answer this question... I usually go to bed around 5:00 am...

nanaroo, I never try to force it.  If I am awake and not sleepy, I just find something interesting to do.

Hey Nanaroo if you are "twisting the wick" this season HANG ON BABY...

Have a good one baby, and don't sweat it soon it will be over. The best herb I know for insomnia is the one you roll up and spark up. If you don't smoke, it works equally as well in a tea or ingested as brownies.

Sometimes it doesn't work, so be ready to write until you keel over. As long as you don't sweat it and aren't digging mental pits, maybe you are just not in the sleeping mood. Ring up that boyfriend and twist his wick for a while, eh!
