smartdog - you aren't the only one! I think the entire population of Melbourne was out last night trying to do their shopping.

Oh, Ca88, I was still addressing cards myself today. I think it's the job
I hate the most.  You sound like you're on the ball to me.  I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a healthy Happy New Year.  Enjoy!

You Have Done Well
No decorations are in my house yet!!  We went to get a live tree today and found they were all gone and are not interested in a fake tree.  Where do we go from here?

Ca88
You've done much better than I.  Somewhere out there, two gifts, each with one of my nephew's names on it, await my arrival.  I'm a bit behind on the shopping - as always.

I figured out something today as I gave up on the last 3 cards:
Christmas cards are like dirty dishes.  Get one stack of 'em done, think "Whew! I'm glad to have those things done!"  Turn your back a minute and there's another stack of 'em to do.

Merry Christmas!

lovelylady - thank you! I thought about contacting some of my blogit friends re getting the address, but I will try the old address first. Its a smallish country town and her family has been there for years so I figure someone will know where she is. I'm lazy too when it comes to Christmas - so don't feel alone!

Cass,

Don't feel too badly....I've not mailed off my cards either.  I just don't feel like it.  Very lazy of me I know, but I can't help how I feel!!

If you'd like to give me your friends name, I'd be happy to see if I can find her for you...But I'll leave that to you.

Merry Christmas and happy new year!!
