Totally wrong!
This vote proves nothing. The Kurds will still operate autonomously in the north, the shiites control the south, and in the middle the sunnis have a bunch of sand. There is no national sense of Iraq as a country. As an example, in the US federal law trumps state or local law. In Iraq it's the reverse. Local law trumps federal law. The vote looks good on TV but solves nothing.
