When in doubt.
Let him see her with you only. Atleast until he proves himself worthy and safe. If her really means well then, he won't mind.

There's no way I'd let him do that.
He's kinda strange to think that he can just pick up the baby and go visit elsewhere. Does he know anything about babies anyway? Don't even entertain him with this request. It would be fine with an older child and not with him being a stranger anyway.

i think you're still angry at him for not taking responsibilities all this while. however, it would be better if you let him see her with you present.. it sounds kinda freaky that he said he wants to pick her up.

That's sort of scary
I would not let my 2 month old who has never been seen by her father go off with him. Jeez, does he even know how to change a poopy diaper? Seriously I would set some limits...you be present for starters.
